Made-to-Order Merchandise:
For made-to-order merchandise, the following return and refund policy applies:
Order Cancellation and Refunds:
You may request a refund and cancel your order within 1 day of placing it for a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refusing the shipment will not result in a refund. By completing your purchase with us, you agree and accept our returns and refund policy.
Eligibility for a Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment for the following reasons:

- Wrong color
- Wrong product or service provided

- Unused: Non-custom shoes and non-custom apparel
